Charity Cricket Match
I am currently secretary of Northern Counties Cricket Club. I was sorry that your annual cricket match was not able to go ahead as scheduled and hope that we will be able to rearrange the game.
I would also like to let you know that we are holding a fundraising event for MacMillan Cancer Care at the Northern Meeting Park on 5th July from 6pm. We will be joined by the European Tour Caddies Association and some top sportsmen. We will have a number of items of sporting memorabilia for auction.

CHARITY MONEY
Hi was just reading in the Highland news you were donating money for good causes. I am not looking for a donation but what you could maybe help me with is I have money which I would like to donate to a local charity in Inverness. I know we have Hospice, Maggies etc which are excellent charities but I would like to donate to a charity which has not such a high profile and may really struggle for funds.

I don’t know if its possible for you to maybe give me a list of such charities but it would help me see what is out there that may need a boost to funds. I noticed in the Courier a few weeks back that they were looking to set up a support group for cot deaths and maybe you will know if they have one.

Hope you can help me with this matter.
